The recent issue of overdue Brazilian eggs imported to Taiwan has aroused public debate and caused panic among the public.  In view of this, QFC specifically explains the source and inspection certificate of the eggs used as follows.

The eggs used by QFC in various group meals come from Green Seal Ranch located at Sanjiancuo, Xingang Township, Chiayi County and have passed the inspection and analysis by the Technical Service Center of the National Animal Industry Foundation.  The most recent egg inspection specimen was completed on May 11, 2018 with report no. 230509PP036.  The results of the inspection items related to drug residues were all "not detected", which means it complies with the national standards set by the Ministry of Health and Welfare.  Please feel free to consume them.

In order to ensure food safety, QFC will continue to use products produced by qualified manufacturers to protect the health and safety of consumers while maintaining the reputation of our partners that cooperate with QFC.
